Came into the shop in absolute despair as my laptop had just died on me at the most inconvenient time. It was a hard drive failure and although they were really busy that day, had it replaced and working like new within 3 hours. They we're the loveliest people, it was so reasonably priced and can't recommend enough!

Really good service!
Real good and professional peoples, a bit long but they did repair my Mac who didn't want to come back to life, they arrived to save all of my data and I just for that give 5 start, they was a bit long at the end, but holiday time so its normal in a July month, I will 100% recommend this company, I try couple of one but all very expenive or not professional.

The hard drive failed on my 27” iMac retina, I phoned for a quote, which I thought was more than reasonable, and took it in the following morning. By the afternoon it was ready for me to collect and in no time I was up and running again.
Compare this to the genius bar in terms of speed and price and it’s a no-brainer. Everyone I spoke to there were friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.
